Now for July! East London (home to our studio) is busy gearing up for the Olympics later this month so we have 3 sets of 'Exercise Books' to give away! Each set is a pack of three with different illustrations on each cover and has ruled, squared or plain pages. On the back is an illustrated map to find some nice places in East London to cycle, swim or do handstands.
To win a set of notebooks, pick your favourite Donna Wilson creature and tell us what their favourite sport is. E.g. Ralf likes off road mountain biking and extreme sports. You can find inspiration here.
If you have any friends who could do with an exercise book, or three, send them this link:

Good luck!
Even though cats are not known for their love of water, I think Ginge Cat and Mono Cat would make a great synchronised swimming team.
ReplyDeleteHi Dropstitch, you win! Email your address to siew@donnawilson.com
DeleteI know for sure that Stick the Snail just loooooves sprint hurdle races!
ReplyDeleteCyril Squirrel-fox is very passionate about long running, addicted to wall climbing and is soon about to break the world record at triple jump.
ReplyDeleteMeg is a tough cookie and she loves to play roller derby (like me ;)
ReplyDeleteRudie the Raccoon is practicing rowing like a champ. When he has cramps in his arms, he stirs the water with his tail. To be fit, he gulps down three fried eggs before her training and finished his day meeting his friends Wolfie and Rosie at the sauna along the lake :)
ReplyDeleteRossie loves to play chess! ;) Donna, love your work !
ReplyDeleteCharlie is a champion gymnast. He is an expert of the parallel bars due to his super-flexible limbs. But he is also a joy to watch on the floor as nobody can match his stretchability!!
ReplyDeleteCarolyn
Rudie Racoon's nimble limbs and fur marking make him the perfect candidate for the Gold in Fencing at the London Olympics. When he's not training he works at the local paper recycling plant swooshing around and cutting up paper with his sword.
ReplyDeleteRill has a black belt in Judo he's the Ippon-master :)
ReplyDeletePuddle man is a great athlete, alas, doomed by his own misfortune. One of the fastest swimmers in the pool, unfortunately he blends in so well that no one can see him reach the line first. He's also a genius at tennis, that is, when his matches aren't called off because the pitch is wet...
ReplyDeleteHi Fran, you win! Email your address to siew@donnawilson.com
DeleteRill Raccoon the Rassle Rascal is a champion wrestler! He disguises himself as a bandit, entering the ring to the sound of Adam Ant's 'Prince Charming'.
ReplyDeleteStick The Snail is a professional sportsman in dragging it's feet.
ReplyDeleteRill is into obsessive paper folding. If that category were included in the olympics, he'd win it hands down, (which would be hard to tell due to his cute short hands)
ReplyDeleteRocky Rill the rassle rascal raccoon is a champion wrestler. He disguises himself as a bandit and enters the ring to the sound of Adam Ant’s ‘Prince Charming’.
ReplyDeleteYeah, giveaway! Exercise! You've inspired me to start a monthly giveaway too for my shop, Artist in LA LA Land.
ReplyDeleteI love your snail doll, Stick. I think his favorite sport is bungee jumping because he won't come in contact with anything sharp and if he gets tired of hanging or bouncing around, he can just eat through the rope and land on a soft patch of ground.
Rudie the Racoon loves rounders with his exceptional tail - a hip twist and he's away and scampering around the bases - awesome!!! - Jensen
ReplyDeletePeanut loves her crunches! ;p
ReplyDeleteWilbur loves pink apples
ReplyDeleteStick the snail would take part in the equestrian olympic event, jumping as his specialty. This gives him the fulfillment in the area of his need for speed. Upon winning, he feasts to celebrate, obviously.
