Hi, just a wee note to say we have a new updated catalogue that you can down load from our site, (click on the button on the right hand side of the site http://www.donnawilson.com/)  It's 13 pages long, so you might not want to print out the whole lot,  but it has little images of the complete range and some nice images.... Hope you like it.

Spring is in sight!

Wednesday, 17 February 2010

The sun was shining into the studio today reminding us what spring is like... can't wait! so I thought I's show you my first ever 'spring/summer' range of cushions. They are printed in cotton, so no wool, which is new for me too! they come with a duck feather cushion pad and are made in the UK.

Folk Flower above, has a stalk on the back.

Happy Spring time ahead!!

Rainy Days

Tuesday, 16 February 2010

It's not stopped raining all day here, it's a shame it doesn't look as bright as this! Hope these pictures cheer you all up.
Blue skys tomorrow!

I have more! these photos were created by Bryony Dellow, who was studying Graphic Design, and Geoff Dann, ther photographer.  It was great fun creating these sets, and we made them into gift cards too.

Night night!

Thought for the day: Toasty toes

Wednesday, 10 February 2010

It's so cold here in London, beautiful fresh and a few flakes of snow today, so it's a bit chilly especially in our studio.
I've been wearing my lambswool socks which are actually bed socks, but so cosy and comfy in my boots. They are 100% lambswool, knitted in Scotland.

We were in the New York times yesterday!!

Friday, 5 February 2010

We were very excited; as soon as it was out we received an order on the website from the USA!

Just in case the text is too small to read, I'll tell you a little bit about these ceramic dogs.

I worked with a ceramic company in Staffordshire, where all the ceramics used to be made in the UK. The company still had moulds, but hadn't made these dogs for over 15 years, as their popularity had waned. But I love them, and wanted to make my own version of them. So I will be hand painting them all individually, and each pair will have their own farisle sweater and real gold on their ears – very luxurious and completely unique.
